Slovakian Ice so Crystal Clear Bottom of Lake is Visible [VIDEO]

It's one of those oddities of nature that a couple of hikers stumbled upon in the Slovakian mountains, where they walked upon a lake that was ice covered. Although that's not unusual, the oddity was that the ice was so crystal clear that it appeared that the hikers were walking on top of the water with the bottom of the lake in clear view.

We suggest that you might not try such a thing unless you are very certain the ice is safe. Any body of water this time of year is a death trap to the unsuspecting person.
