Six Murals Beautify Downtown Bangor [PHOTOS]

If you find yourself walking around downtown Bangor this weekend, stop and take a look at some new art installations. 

Last weekend, six wheat-paste murals went up. The art was done by local artists Susan Bryand, Kat Johnson, and Annette Dodd.

You'll find the murals at:

• 74 Hammond St. - Next to Fiddlehead Restaurant
• 23 Hammond St. - Bahaar Pakistani
• 20 Merchants Plaza - Designs by Aaron
• 99 Merchants Plaza - The Waverly
• 28 Broad St.
• 30 Central St. - Central Street Farmhouse

The hope is the wheatpaste art will remain intact throughout the summer.
