Missing 88-Year-Old Damariscotta Man Has Been Located
Damariscotta Police have canceled a silver alert for an 88-year-old man with dementia after he was safely located.
UPDATE: Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss says Ronald Slicer has been safely located.
Katherine England with the Maine Department of Public Safety says Ronald Slicer of Damariscotta was last seen around 9:00 Wednesday morning at his residence. Mr. Slice may be driving a white Chevy Trax with license plate 1856XU. Police say his credit card was used in Belfast on Thursday just before noon.
Mr. Slicer is described as a white male, 5'11" tall, 184 pounds, with gray hair, and hazel eyes. Officials say he has dementia.
Anyone who sees him or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the Damariscotta Police Department at 207-563-3200.
