Doesn't seem like 11 months ago, but here's the photo after we got off the sleds, before de-egging last year.

Yes those are smiles.  It is a lot of fun.  Messy, but fun.

And rewarding.  Knowing that the more money that gets raised, the more kids and adults with disabilities that may not have the funds can still attend Pine Tree Camp for a week in the summer.

If you would like to donate, here's the form to do it online.

We'll ramp up the on air portion of the fundraising very soon.  But if you want to donate now, it's sure appreciated.  Bob Berg from Berg's Active Wear and Bears One Stop in Newport has already made his $200 pledge.  Bob likes to be first.  He emailed and called my cell phone New Year's Day at 7 a.m.  "Bob, don't you ever sleep in?"  Thank you.

And Pegeen Ranhosky from Greenville pledged $50 in memory of Armand Davis, formerly of the Shirley Bog Trailbusters.  In her note she said "Please give a shout out to Scott Miller from Pegeen".  Thank you Peegen.  So nice when people come up with pledges and donations, even before we ask.

It's for the kids, and anyone of us who have had anything to do with the Q106.5 Egg Ride and Pine Tree Camp in the past, always smile when we think of this great event.

We're lining up celebrities, organizing the day, and praying for snow.  Stay tuned for how you can join us, to ride, from Levant to Dysart's in Hermon for the Q106.5 Egg Ride.
