Pedestrian Struck By Car in Bangor Dies from Injuries

A man who was struck by a car while trying to cross Summer Street in Bangor last week died Wednesday.

Peter McIntosh, 61, of Bangor suffered very serious injuries in the Jan. 14 accident.

The car driven was by Philip Perkins, 74, of Hampden.

At this time, no charges have been filed. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
