Police responding to a routine noise complaint discovered thousands in drugs. The homeowner,who was out on bail, and several others in the home are facing charges.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says State Police responded to a noise complaint at the Dedham home of 57-year-old Thomas White early Tuesday morning. A search of the Allen Road residence turned up 3/4 of a pound of bath salts with a street value of approximately $68,000. In addition, police say a smaller amount of heroin and methamphetamine, over 70 needles, two rifles, and nearly $800 were also found in the home. The drugs were packaged for sale.

White was arrested and charged with drug trafficking. Three others in the house were also arrested; 49-year-old Tami Hayes of Danforth and 45-year-old Byron Shedd of Bangor are both charged with drug possession. In addition, 28-year-old Adam Hayes of Danforth was taken to jail on an outstanding warrant.
