New Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant Coming To Lincoln Soon

A new restaurant comes to Lincoln, set to open in May.
This is what you do when you graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, a very prestigious culinary school. You open up a restaurant in Lincoln.
Tyler Arnold is the Owner and will be the Chef at Gather Brunch and Bar. Tyler recently graduated and says
I found it important to come back to my roots, and offer something new and exciting for this amazing little town
It promises to be a welcome addition to Lincoln. Gather will be in the old Timberhouse on Fleming Street, and will offer breakfast and lunch beginning in May. They have some equipment arriving later than expected, but construction is underway now.
Some menu items include Mini Chicken and Waffles, Brunch Skillets, a variety of Eggs Benedicts and plenty of sweets.
There will also be a full service coffee bar and alcohol bar for patron and be open every day from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
And a new restaurant will mean jobs in Lincoln. Gather Brunch and Bar will be posting job ads soon, looking for cooks, bakers, servers, baristas, hosts and more.
