Full disclosure. I have a friend who enjoys asking what some deem to be inappropriate questions because she knows such topics of conversation are considered off limits by most. Such a tease.
When she told me that she sleeps ‘au natural’, I never told her that so do I. T.M.I.
But get ready to blush. We’re about to find out how you and your friends, relatives and neighbors dress for bed.
Not to titillate. Only to have that knowledge.
America’s most common Sleepwear?
A T-shirt or a tank plus underwear.
Second most popular across the country – Underwear bottoms only.
And lots wear gym style shorts only.
Half of America wears old school sleepwear to bed every night. And they always have. More than half of the country admits they have not changed what they wear to bed since they were young.
How about Maine?
Maine is among the most stylish when it comes to ‘how we sleep’.
Lots sleep naked, but most of Maine wears actual pajamas, tops and bottoms, or a nightgown. That would be nightshirt for a man.
Agree? Maybe the answers get skewed depending on what month of the year they do the survey.
Anyone wear socks to bed? Other than in the dead of winter when the fire goes out?
