A wild attraction will be opening for the season soon.

The Maine Wildlife Park in Gray will be opening for the season this week. In an announcement on Facebook, park officials said the season opening is set for April 15. The park will remain open through November 11.

The Maine Wildlife is home to more than 30 species of wildlife that's native to Maine. The animals that live in the park are there due to a number of factors. Some were injured or orphaned, and others because they are dependent on humans.
