Maine Red Cross Blood Crisis Alert: Critical

You’ve heard it before, and they certainly were not crying wolf. American Red Cross was at an all-time low with their supply of blood.

They recently issued their first-ever blood crisis alert as blood supply was at a dangerously low level.  The lowest it has been in at least 10 years.

And with that being said there will be Blood Donor Clinics at numerous locations across Maine tomorrow.

Got to do what they got to do. And they are inviting new potential blood donors and donors who may not have been donating over the past couple of years for whatever reason, to all come together and give the gift of life.

As they say “it’s in you to give”

All types are needed and if you can donate, you are asked to pre-register at Red Cross Blood dot org.

Once you go to their site, you’ll be walked through the simple process. Click Donate Blood and then Find a Blood Drive.
