Maine Man is Accused of Nearly Hitting a NH State Trooper
Roger Depina, 38, of Portland, Maine, is facing charges after a police chase on Sunday evening that spanned both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The New Hampshire State Police Trooper was conducting a traffic stop with another vehicle before 6 pm Sunday when a vehicle driven by Depina nearly hit him.

New Hampshire State Police notified Massachusetts authorities that they were in pursuit of a Dodge Durango for violating the 'Move Over law' once the suspect crossed state lines.
New Hampshire Police Pursuit of a Maine Man Crossed into Massachusetts
NBC-10 in Boston reports the vehicle was first spotted by police in Amesbury, Massachusetts, but they were unable to stop him.
Massachusetts State Police used a helicopter to locate the vehicle on I-495, where it briefly crossed into New Hampshire before, once again, driving into Massachusetts.
Officials used stop sticks to try to halt the pursuit on Route 125, but Depina continued to drive before crashing in Haverhill.
Police say Depina tried to run away from the crash, but was quickly caught by officers.

Emergency crews treated Depina at the scene before being evaluated at a local hospital.
Officials say he will face several charges.
