
Maine Sheriff’s Office Conducts 2 Drug Busts in 1 Week
It's been a busy week in Somerset County, as deputies conducted drug busts in North Anson and Madison.
Somerset County, Maine, Officials Seized Cocaine from a North Anson Home
A drug search warrant was executed on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at a home on Embden Road in North Anson, as part of an investigation into alleged illegal drug sales at the address.
The occupants were not home when officials conducted the search.
Approximately 30 grams of cocaine were seized from the home, along with illegal drug-related documentation, and illegal drug-related paraphernalia.
Somerset County officials say criminal charges will be forthcoming.
Maine Deputies Seized Fentanyl, Arrested 2 From a Home in Madison, Maine
On Friday, February 20, 2026, deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Ingalls Street in Madison.
The occupants of the residence were home during the search and were arrested on warrants:
- Lucas Gage, 36, of Madison, was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Brunswick, for unrelated criminal matters. The bail on Gage's arrest warrants is set at $500 each, for a total of $1,000.
- Sabrina Madore, 33, of Madison, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Somerset County for unrelated criminal matters. The bail on Madore's arrest warrant is set at $300.
During the search, over 48 grams of suspected Fentanyl was located and seized, as well as illegal drug-related documentation, digital scales, and illegal drug-related paraphernalia.

Officials say criminal charges will be forthcoming once the drugs are tested at the State Laboratory.
Both cases remain under investigation.
