Lisbon Maine Man Fell From the Boat But Was Brought Ashore By a Relative

It was approximately 10:45 Monday morning when the medical event occurred, and Chadd fell from the boat. His father-in-law, 67-year-old Claude Latouche, of Lewiston, was unable to get him back in the boat, but held onto him as they approached the shore. Once they got close, the boat overturned and put both men in the water near the shore. Latouche was wearing a lifejacket, but Brewin wasn't wearing the one he had taken on the boat with him.
