Jo Dee Messina Returns to Maine, Full Interview on Q106.5
The 'Heads Carolina, Tails California Tour' is heading to our Pine Tree State, and ahead of that, Jo Dee Messina talked with Q106.5.
In November 2023, it was announced that the 'Heads Carolina, Tails California' singer would be hitting the road again in 2024 for the second leg of her latest tour.
Jo Dee Messina, a native of Massachusetts, has something special in store for her fans in the Northeast.
Messina has dedicated six tour dates of her 'Heads Carolina, Tails California Tour' to her New England roots, aptly named the 'New England Homecoming.' These dates include one show in Connecticut, one in New Hampshire, three in Massachusetts, and one right here in Maine.
On Thursday, June 6th, 2024, Messina will perform at The Bowl in the Pines amphitheater in Sidney, ME, situated on the shores of Lake Messalonskee, set on the Snow Pond Center for the Arts campus.
Ironically, when you look at the tour dates, Messina does have a show scheduled for California, at the Country Summer Music Festival in Santa Rosa on June 14th, the first show after her 'New England Homecoming' leg. However, there's nothing in the plans for either of the Carolinas. It seems that when the coin was flipped, it landed on 'tails.'
Ahead of Jo Dee Messina’s show at The Bowl in the Pines amphitheater in Sidney, Maine, Messina chatted with Jordan Verge of Q106.5.
