Officials say he allegedly rammed a Jay Police cruiser before taking off.

Multiple police agencies responded to the scene and located the vehicle, but not Tracy.

After a new report that a man matching Tracy's description allegedly stole an ATV from Warren Hill Road, the police located the ATV, and a pursuit ensued into the CMP corridor.

Police later recovered the stolen vehicle, but Tracy was gone.

A K9 track led the police to arrest Danielle Adams, 39, on multiple warrants and for possession of scheduled drugs.

Again, Tracy has been apprehended.
