Live music is making a return in New Hampshire. Jake Owen will make a tour stop just shy of Maine this spring.

It has been over a year since tours were sidelined by COVID-19. Artists are eager to get back on the road, even if the crowds are smaller. That's the game plan for a show in New Hampshire. Jake Owen will make a tour stop at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, in Guilford, May 29. The show will be socially distanced, with a reduced-capacity.

Tickets go on-sale March 26.

The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion says more reduced-capacity shows will be announced soon. The venue still hopes to host full-capacity shows later in the season. Previously rescheduled shows include Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, and Toby Keith. Back in December, Maren Morris announced the cancelation of her RSVP: The Tour. Her show was scheduled for June 26.

Here in Bangor, a game plan for concerts has yet to be announced. Many of the planned tour stops were canceled last year, with only a few being rescheduled. The current schedule looks like:

  • Luke Bryan - Thursday, August 5, 2021
  • KISS - Thursday, August 19, 2021
  • Thomas Rhett - Friday, August 20, 2021
  • Ozzy - 2022 (Unconfirmed)

Alex Gray of Waterfront Concerts recently hinted to FOX Bangor that concerts, and the construction plans for the venue, will remain on hold throughout the summer.
