Adam's Strawberry Acres in Corinth

Raven's Berry Farm in Freedom

Opening for berry picking in the next few days, Raven's Berry Farm, located at 127 Raven Rd. in Freedom is offering pick-your-own berries for $2.65 a pound this year, but they are a cash-only farm, so plan accordingly.

RJ Hall's Family Farm (Formerly Tate's Strawberry Farm) in East Corinth

Located at 136 Puddledock Rd. in East Corinth, this farm has grown strawberries for generations, and is well known for having some of the yummiest berries around! According to their Facebook page, they're opening for pick-your-own season on Friday!

They remind folks that while they accept cash, checks, and cards, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when visiting.

"Kiddos are always welcome.... but please make sure they’re careful not to step on the berries and plants when walking through the fields.

We do NOT allow dogs in the field and ask that you leave them home where it’s cool as it’s far too hot for them to be left in the car. We have three fur babies of our own whom we love dearly, but even they aren’t allowed out in the strawberries (you may see them in the driveway or on the lawn with us from time to time)"
