In Bangor, there's a bit of a buzz being made about some goings on in a spot that's been fairly quiet for a number of years.
Most recently, brown paper has lined the windows, making people wonder 'What's going on inside there?!'
Bangor's Downtown Partnership Executive Director, Betsy Lundy, says there's a new business going into the space at 21 Central Street.
Many years ago, the location was the home to the Friar's Bakehouse, until February of 2018, when the Friars moved their location to Bucksport.

For many years, it remained an inactive storefront, that is until recently, Lundy says.
Local man, Andy Day, has secured the spot and is in the process of renovating the space with the plan to open up a pretty cool little shop inside. Lundy says, "Oh, Grow Up!" It will feature many different things, sure to make Bangor a little sweeter and a little more fun.
"Oh, Grow Up is going to be a nostalgia/joke/candy shop. It’s a little difficult to define, but they will have candy there too!"
