They've been around since 2007, and last came to Maine, playing Portland's Eastern Promenade in 2012. English Folk-Rock band Mumford & Sons will return to Maine this summer, when they play the Maine Savings Amphitheater this summer!

The Grammy winners will hit the stage in support of their newest  Prizefighter, which was just released last week (February 13th) and features collaborations with other major artists like HozierGracie AbramsChris Stapleton, and Gigi Perez.

The band recently finished up a tour of the UK last year, hitting the road with the Barr Brothers, but have set their sights to the U.S. and will make it to Maine on Tuesday, June 16th.

With over two-dozen stops scheduled on this upcoming North American Tour, Mumford & Sons is hitting the road with several bands supporting them, including two who are already scheduled to play the Maine Savings Amphitheater, CAMMP (who will be here on 7/18) and Lord Huron (who will be here on 6/23.)

The band will be bringing Austin-based country singer Dylan Gossett to open for them when they visit Bangor.

Tickets for that show will go on sale this coming Friday, February 27th, at 10:00 AM EST. The radio pre-sale will kick off Thursday, the 26th, from 10 AM to 10 PM. Use the code: WOLF.
