Officials said a frost heave is believed to be the cause. The train remained upright after the derailment.

A train engine was brought to the site to help move the derailed train.
Road Closed and Reopened
Route 11 was closed while crews worked at the scene, The road was open again around 3:30 pm Tuesday.
