911 Calls Reporting a Disturbance and Shots Fired
The Westbrook Police Department responded to a 911 call Saturday morning around 6:53 am at 156 Bridgton Road for a disturbance with a possible weapon and another call for shots fired.
Several People Detained Outside Residence Including Suspect
When officers arrived on scene, they detained several people outside the residence including the suspect.

One Person Shot in Both Legs and Another Person was Assaulted
“Officers made entry into the residence and discovered that one person had been shot in both legs, and another person had been assaulted. Officers applied a tourniquet to the gunshot victim, secured the scene,” according to Westbrook PD.
Victims Taken to the Hospital with Injuries
Both victims were transported to a local hospital for medical attention and treatment.

Suspect Taken to County Jail and Booked
Hersi was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Jail and booked.
