Maine Man Accused of Intentionally Crashing into ATV with 3 People on Board
A 50-year-old man was arrested Saturday evening in Waterboro after police say he intentionally crashed his car into an ATV with a 17-year-old on board with two others.
Man Crashed into ATV on Purpose
The incident happened around 5 pm at the intersection of Buff Brook Road and Lake Sherburne Road.
Intentionally Hit Side-by-Side
The York County Sheriff’s Office said Jason Campbell of Waterboro deliberately crashed his vehicle into the side-be-side with three people on board, including a 17-year-old.
Three Injured on ATV
All three people on the ATV were injured but refused medical attention, said WGME News.
Man Maintains Road
Deputies said Campbell maintains the road and trail grade. He was upset because they were “ripping up the road.”
Released on Bail
Campbell was taken into custody at the York County Jail and charged with Aggravated Reckless Conduct. He was released on $500 bail.
