The Bangor Firefighters Chili & Chowder Cook Off Is Back March 23

Chow down on some delicious chili and support a great cause at the same time!

It's back again! The annual Bangor Firefighters Chili & Chowder Cook Off, at Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway Bangor, located at 500 Main Street, will take place on Saturday, March 23rd, from 4pm-8pm.

The event is hosted by Bangor Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 772.

Compete for bragging rights and awards and help fight neuromuscular disease together with MDA of Northern New England!

Just $10 gets you unlimited samples of Professional and Amateur Chilis and Chowders from around the area.

Bring your best chili, or chowder to be judged by an esteemed panel of judges, a bunch of your Bangor Firefighters, and you!

Judge's Choice, People's Choice, and Firefighter's Choice will be awarded for each category:

Professional Chili
Professional Chowder
Amateur Chili
Amateur Chowder.
