Change is here! Bangor’s beloved restaurant has a new name and a bunch of exciting surprises waiting for you.

Since they opened their doors at 471 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, over four years ago, back on July 28th, 2021, Smoke and Steel BBQ has been offering not only classic southern cuisine & BBQ, and some axe throwing too, but some fresh, new changes are here!

The business has new owners, Katie and Bryan O'Learly and Dave and Cassandra Matson. All four are locals of the Bangor area, and they know people love the BBQ and axe throwing, so don't worry that's not going away.

Katie and Brian have years of restaurant and bar experience and are excited to make this their own in a fun new way!

After a few months of teasing a new name, some careful consideration, and input from customers, it will now be known as Bogeys, with the catchy slogan "Eat, drink, play"
