I’m talking about the everyday legends like the woman at the corner store who remembers your order and your dog’s name. The mail carrier who hikes up your mountain of a driveway through three feet of snow like it’s no big deal to make sure you get your delivery.

Anna Kendrick

Before she was cupping and pitch-slapping through Hollywood, Anna was a Portland kid, according to IMDB. She was even awarded a tony nominations at only 12 years old, showing that Maine produces more then just lobster.

Following Patrick Dempsey’s journey from Maine to Grey’s has been nothing short of dreamy.. dare I say, McDreamy? Judd Nelson

The hearth throb from the Breakfast Club, was born in Portland, Maine, according to Wikipedia. He was also a big member of the "brat pack" in Hollywood. Let's call Judd the "original rebel" from Maine who proved just how bad boy a Mainer could get, long hair and leather jacket included.
