One person has died after a fire in the home of a family of four in Industry.

Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss says the body of the deceased was recovered from the fire at 15 Moe's Cove Road in Industry. The deceased is believed to be 46-year-old Ryan Hallman, who lived in the residence with his wife and two children, ages 6 and 10. The mother and kids were able to get out of the house safely after waking to the sounds of a smoke alarm. Ryan, however, did not appear to make it out.

Investigators with the State Fire Marshal's Office were called to the fire at approximately 2:00 Friday morning and will now work to determine how that fire started. While the investigation is ongoing, officials say there is no evidence of foul play.

The remains have been taken to a local funeral home to be examined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. They will work to confirm his identity and cause of death.
