Dispatchers at the Penobscot County Regional Communications Center learned of the incident on Monday that reportedly happened in the parking lot of the Rocky Ridge apartment complex, located of Route 222 in Hermon. The exact time of the assault is not known, but officials believe it happened sometime between 5:30 and 7:30 Monday evening.
