Ahead of their return to Maine for the biggest Limitless Wrestling show of the year, the tag team made a surprise appearance at SummerSlam.

One of the many reasons we love pro wrestling is the pure unpredictability — you never know what twists, turns, or surprises are coming next. Whether it's a shocking return, an unexpected debut, or a legendary face in the crowd, anything can happen and anyone can show up.

We’ve got a huge couple of weeks in pro wrestling—not just here in Maine, but all across the country.

Limitless Wrestling has officially sold more tickets for their August 9th show in Lewiston than any other event in the company’s 10-year history, while WWE just wrapped up their first-ever two-night SummerSlam, the second biggest show of the year behind WrestleMania.

The Hardy Boyz made a surprise appearance at WWE SummerSlam at MetLife Stadium, where they watched the WWE Tag Team Title match from the crowd.

Joining the reigning TNA World Tag Team Champions were Bully Ray and D-Von Dudley, as all four legends were acknowledged for their iconic roles in the first-ever TLC match 20 years ago.

The Hardy Boyz are officially set to make their Limitless Wrestling debut at Vacationland Cup 2025 on Saturday, August 9th, at the Colisée in Lewiston.

This will be Matt and Jeff Hardy’s first tag team match in Maine since 1999—and their first-ever public signing together in the state.

Their appearance is expected to bring even more excitement to Limitless Wrestling’s annual tournament, which already shattered attendance records last year.

Matt Hardy says fans can expect the brothers to prove they’re still as ‘timeless and great’ as ever.

Tickets for the Vacationland Cup ‘25 are on sale now at showpass.com/limitlessvlc25, with general admission and tiered seating available.

Limited VIP 'Meet, Greet, and DELETE!' passes—which include a photo with the Hardy Boyz, a signed item, and early venue access—are available at LimitlessWrestling.com. For updates and announcements, be sure to follow Limitless Wrestling on their website and social media pages.

Jim Ross' 10 Greatest Calls in WWE

There's no debate to be had -- Jim Ross is the greatest commentator in the history of professional wrestling. JR's run during WWE's Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Eras remains unmatched, even when considering the longevity of Michael Cole's career and the explosive personality of Joey Styles in ECW.

No commentator has ever put more of themselves into the role, often calling matches as if they were biblical battles unfolding in a WWE ring. JR could make you believe that the ultimate fight between good and evil was taking place right before your eyes. He allowed a generation of wrestling fans to put their hopes and dreams into an antihero like Stone Cold Steve Austin, while stirring the WWE Universe's seething hatred for demonic villains like Triple H.

This list isn't about JR's best catchphrases like "Business is about to pick up!" or "Bah Gawd!" It's about compiling the times when Jim Ross' commentary elevated a moment to the highest level possible, evoking emotions in the viewer that rival any call in sports or entertainment broadcasting.

Check out our definitive list of the greatest calls in WWE history from Good Ol' JR -- Jim Ross!
