The mystery about what happened to a missing Hampden man deepens after Police say they found his vehicle.

78-Year-Old Hampden, Maine Man is Missing

Douglas Dunphy, 78, was reported missing by his family in early January. Hampden Police asked for the public's help locating him on January 16.

Officials say Douglas is a white male, 5'10" tall, 210 pounds, with green eyes, and gray hair.

Dunphy typically wears a black Carhartt jacket and a blue cap.and drives a white Ford Econoline van, that Maine State Police say has been located.

We reached out to Hampden Police Chief Christian Bailey, who told us that information about when and where the van was found is not being released, at this time.

Hampden, Maine Police Ask for Info About Whereabouts of Missing Man
