A Guilford man is now facing multiple charges after an argument with his girlfriend that included gunshots.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff's Office says Tory Littlefield, 41, was arrested on Friday night, after receiving a report of shots fired. Littlefield is accused of shooting three times at his girlfriend. WABI-TV reports the woman told authorities that he woke her up because he was angry that the power was off. He allegedly assaulted her, shot at her, and threatened to burn the house down.

Littlefield made his first court appearance on Monday morning in Dover-Foxcroft and is facing multiple charges, including attempted murder. Bail was set at $20,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
