Game Wardens Locate Body of Kennebunk Man Missing Since Sunday
Game Wardens have located the body of an elderly Kennebunk man, who had been missing since Sunday.
Warden Lucas Bellanceau and his K9 Breezy found Lamson about 3/4 of a mile to the south of his house on 91 Oak Ridge Road. The 71-year-old was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15th at his home. Officials say a local resident called police on Thursday and reported that they had seen someone matching Lamson's description, earlier in the week. Mr. Lamson suffered from dementia and officials say his death is not considered suspicious.
Over a dozen game wardens were involved in the search, including several warden service K9 teams, members of the Kennebunk Police Department, Maine Association for Search and Rescue (MASAR) volunteer searchers, and Maine Search and Rescue dogs.
