The good news in this story is no one was hurt and neither was the horse.

State Police have charged a 20 year old man from Fort Fairfield who they say left the scene of the crash.

The accident happened yesterday afternoon when a 16 year old boy from the local Amish community was traveling on Route 1A in Easton.

Police say 20 year old Brandon Clark was later identified  and his car sustained significant damage in the crash which forced the young boy to be thrown from the wagon as it was forced off the road.

Clark is charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving to endanger, failure to control a motor vehicle, and failure to use caution while passing an animal.
