Maine Police Say the Missing Man Made Concerning Statements to Family
Travis Stewart, 41, of East Millinocket, was last seen fleeing from the police on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, as they attempted to check on his well-being.
East Millinocket Police now say that Travis Stewart was found safe on Tuesday morning, July 22, 2025.
E. Millinocket, Maine Police Urged the Public to Use Caution If They Saw Him
Police urged the public to use extreme caution if they saw Mr. Stewart, as he was believed to be armed.

The East Millinocket Police Department is being assisted in this search by the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office's Drone Team, and they've requested air support from the Maine Forest Service Aviation Unit.
Missing E. Millinocket Man May Have Been Driving a White Mazda CX-5
Travis Stewart is 5'7" tall, 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a white Mazda CX-5, with Maine license plate 4845ZJ.
UPDATE - Mr Stewart has been safely located.
