Fire Departments from several towns spent Thursday's frigid early morning hours battling a huge condo fire in Saco.

The call came in for a fire at 311 Seaside Avenue, in the Baywood Colony Complex, at 1:30 Thursday morning. The Portland Press Herald reports heavy fire was showing on the second floor and through the roof, when firefighters arrived at the scene. Seven hours later, crews were still dealing with hot spots.

No one was in the building when the fire broke out and there have been no reports of injuries. It was a tough situation, however, with firefighters slipping and falling on the ice as they worked.

The State Fire Marshal's Office will now work to determine how that fire started.
