Mark my word that there will come a time when we'll evolve enough to have one big holiday once a year that encompasses every holiday from New Year's to Christmas. Because right now we're not anywhere near Thanksgiving, let alone Halloween, and KMart has already started airing Christmas commercials.

C'mon! I'm not ready! But according to researchers, shoppers are already spending for the Santa season and KMart is cashing in big time.
