Carrie Underwood rewarded the thousands of fans who packed into Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Monday night (April 17) during the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs with a stellar, unannounced rendition of the National Anthem.

Showing off her Nashville Predators pride in her husband Mike Fisher's jersey — he's captain of the team — Underwood delivered a passionate performance of the revered song, much to the delight of the crowd. She also led the towel wave with Nashville Mayor Megan Barry to hype the crowd up before the players took the ice. The Preds would go on to win the game 3-2 in overtime, giving them a three games to none advantage in the best-of-seven series.

Game 4 will take place in Nashville again, at Bridgestone Arena on April 20. Fisher has been playing for the Predators since 2011 — one year after he married the country music superstar. He became captain in 2016.

Underwood and Fisher are one of country music's beloved couples and have a 2-year-old son together. The "Dirty Laundry" singer opened up about the prospect of having more children, saying she and her husband will leave it up to "God’s good timing." The couple does not hold back when it comes to sharing sweet family moments on social media — the superstar recently shared an adorable photo on Instagram from another Predators game, showing Isaiah gleefully holding a hockey puck given to him by his dad.

Underwood made a big career move in March, leaving her longtime record label, Sony Music Nashville, for a new home at Capitol Records. It's not clear when she'll release new music.
