
Buxton Maine Police Say Missing Man is Safe
Buxton Police have canceled a Silver Alert after a local man was found safe.
Buxton Man With Cognitive Issues is Missing
Lloyd McLaughlin, 73, of Buxon, is a white male, 5'7", and 196 pounds, with white hair, and hazel eyes. The Police say that he suffers from cognitive issues and a Silver Alert has been issued for his disappearance.
McLaughlin is Believed to Be Driving a Gray Monte Carlo
Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesperson Shannon Moss says Mr. McLaughlin was last seen at approximately 4:30 Thursday afternoon, April 17th, at his home on Callahan Road.
UPDATE: Mr. McLaughlin has been found safe. No further details were released.
Authorities don't know what he was wearing when he went missing, but he's believed to be driving a gray 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo with Maine registration 795YW. Officials say he doesn't have a cell phone and his whereabouts are unknown.
