Maine Police have arrested a man in connection to a suspicious death in Brunswick.

Tanner Dostie, 45, of Brunswick is charged with murder. The victim's name has not been released.

The investigation began in Bath, when the police responded to a reported disturbance Friday, at approximately 6:30 pm.

Maine Police are Investigating a Suspicious Death in Brunswick

During that investigation, Dostie allegedly made statements to responding officers that prompted them to search a residence in Brunswick.

A deceased male was found at the home and transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta for an autopsy to determine positive identification and cause of death.

Tanner Dostie was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Jail.

Several agencies are working together on this ongoing investigation.
