Brewer, Maine Police Arrest a Man for Criminal Trespass 3 Times in 5 Days

A man has spent this week in and out of jail after several run-ins with the Brewer Police Department.

David Limacher, 58, faces the following charges:

• 3 counts of criminal trespass
• 2 counts of violation of conditional release

All of these charges resulted from three arrests in five days in Brewer.

Brewer Police Arrest the Same Man Twice on Valentine's Day Outside Local Businesses

The first encounter between Brewer Police and Mr. Limacher occurred on Saturday, February 14, when officers responded to a Wilson Street business to conduct a welfare check.

When they arrived, the officers learned that David Limacher was outside, allegedly trying to fight customers as they were entering a different Wilson Street business.

After refusing to comply with warnings to leave, Limacher was arrested for criminal trespass and taken to jail, where he was released.

Later that same day, Brewer officers responded to a South Main Street business after an off-duty employee received a call about a pizza being delivered to a closed business.

Officers found Limacher at the address and arrested him for a second time that day, charging him with another count of criminal trespass and violation of conditional release.

He was taken to jail and then released, for the second time in one day.

Five days later, on Thursday, February 19th, Brewer Police Officers responded to a report of a man sleeping in a different closed business on North Main Street.

When they arrived, the officers found Mr. Limacher and arrested him on new charges of criminal trespass and violation of conditional release.

At the last report, David Limacher was still in the Penobscot County Jail.
