Body Pulled from Sebec River in Downtown Milo

The body of a missing Milo man was recovered from the Sebec River in downtown Milo on Tuesday afternoon.

24-year-old Cevonte Johnson's body was discovered by searchers who have been looking for him since he went missing, more than two weeks ago. Milo Police confirmed that the body is Johnson, but wouldn't comment on the circumstances behind his death. The body will be sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine cause of death. His body was located at around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
