Bangor Municipal Pools To Open For Summer Season June 23rd
One month from today, Bangor Parks & Recreation will open both community pools, Beth Pancoe Municipal Aquatic Center and Dakin Pool.
And you can already buy your pool passes in person at the Bangor Parks and Rec building on Main Street.
And even better news pools will be open 7 days a week this summer
Swimming lessons begin in July and have a second session in August Registration is already underway at the Parks & Rec website
As the temperatures warm up, and we think back to issues with staffing last year, and other circumstances, we can look forward to a great summer at the Bangor pools.
June 23rd it will be full speed ahead, and it looks like it will be a hot summer.
Come on in, the water is fine
Pool passes for the 2023 session are priced at $40 for residents for under 16 and over 62. 17 and older are priced at $55 for residents. And family passes are $130 for residents and a family consists of 2 adults and 3 children. Each additional child adds $10 to that price.
And pool passes must be picked up in person at Parks & Rec at 647 Main Street in Bangor.
