Bangor Police have released new details about an incident on Harlow Street Saturday morning that left one man dead.

Officers responded to the parking lot of 190 Harlow Street just after 1:00 a.m. to a report of an injured man. Upon arrival, they learned the man had been involved in an altercation and had sustained life-threatening injuries. The victim, 25-year-old Demetrius Snow of Bangor, was transported by Bangor Fire Department paramedics to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Saturday afternoon, police arrested 34-yera-old Rayshaun Moore of Bangor and charged him with one count of knowing or intentional murder. He was taken to the Penobscot County Jail to await his first court appearance.

Mr. Snow's body was taken to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
