A Bangor man is facing charges for a burglary at a business on Park Street.

Devin Pickard, 36, of Bangor, was arrested on Sunday, December 28, 2025.

It was just before 10 p.m. when Bangor Police officers were called to a business on Park Street for a report of an alarm activation.
Bangor, Maine, Police Arrest a Burglary Suspect Who Allegedly Ran From the Building
When the officers checked the business, they heard glass breaking and then saw a person running through the building.
The person, later identified as Pickard, ran out of the building and away from Officer Willette.
A brief foot chase ensued before Officer Willette took Mr. Pickard into custody.
Evidence technicians found a bag of belongings near the broken window at the business, which contained items that had been taken from inside the building.
Bangor, Maine Man Faces Multiple Charges for Park Street Burglary
Pickard was arrested and charged with:
- Burglary
- Theft by unauthorized taking
- Refusing to submit to arrest or detention
- Criminal mischief.
He was taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
