Augusta police are looking for two people involved in a home invasion. The men are suspected of being involved in a robbery Monday at a Bond Brook Road home.

Augusta Police Sergeant Christian Behr says two men were involved in a robbery at around 4:30 Monday afternoon inside a home on the Bond Brook Road. It’s believed one of the men may have had a handgun but Behr refused to comment. He did say no one was hurt in the robbery.

Just moments after the robbers left, police converged on a vehicle on Leighton Road. Police believe the robbers fled the home in the vehicle. A search of the area with a State Police dog failed to locate the suspects.

The description of the men isn’t much help since both were wearing ski masks. Augusta Police detectives continue to investigate the incident and ask that anyone with any information call Augusta Police Detective Chris Blodgett at 626-2370, extension 3412.
