
Augusta Police are Looking for the Man Who Robbed the Big Apple
Augusta Police are asking for the public's help identifying the person who robbed a Big Apple store on Tuesday night.
Did the Suspect Display a Weapon?
Police received a call just after 10:00 from someone reporting a robbery at the Stone Street Big Apple. The caller said a man walked into the store and showed a gun before demanding money and merchandise. The exact amount of money and type of merchandise has not been disclosed. By the time officers arrived, the suspect had fled the scene.

What Does the Suspect Look Like?
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'3" to 5'7" tall, 160 to 189 pounds. He was wearing a black mask, black hoodie-style sweatshirt, dark or black shoes, a hat with a red brim, and light-colored jeans.
Who Do I Call If I Have Information?
Police are asking that anyone with information about the whereabouts or identity of the person responsible for the robbery to contact the Augusta Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau at 207-626-2370, extension 3418.
