The Country Music Hall of Famer will not be able to make-up his show in New Hampshire this year. If you had tickets, here's what to do to get your money back.

Last week, Alan Jackson was set to perform in New Hampshire. The day before his scheduled performance, it was announced that he had been forced to postpone the show due to illness. He was to bring his Honky Tonk Highway Tour to The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Friday, August 17.

Officials with the venue shared on Facebook that "due to limited scheduling availability, we are unable to secure a make-up date with Alan Jackson for the 2018 season. Every effort is being made to schedule his return to Bank NH Pavilion for the 2019 season. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause."

If you purchased tickets directly from the venue, your refund will be processed automatically. Credit card payments will automatically be refunded to that card. If you paid cash, a check will be sent to you. If you purchased tickets from a 3rd party, you'll need to seek refunds at your point of purchase.
