37-Year Old Dead After Armed Confrontation With Police

One man is dead after an armed confrontation with police in the town of Arundel. 

WCSH-TV reports York County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a report of a domestic disturbance just after 2:00 Monday morning. There they found 37-year-old Chad Dionne, who refused to exit the residence and got involved in a standoff with the deputies. During that confrontation, he was fatally wounded.

The Attorney General's Office is now investigating the incident, which is standard procedure for police-involved shootings.
