Your Favorite Non-Profit Needs Your Help

Once again this year, the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation is splitting $100,000 between several area non-profits. Who will be the 68 lucky organizations to receive the funds? Well, that's up to you!

Community members are encouraged to vote for their favorite non-profits to benefit from the program. Many organizations are already on the ballot but, if you don't see your preference, you're invited to write them in!

Funding for so many of these groups has been cut in recent years, that some are really struggling to be able to continue to operate. And, with Maine's struggling economy making it tougher for residents to afford the basics, donations are often down, as well. So this money would be a huge boon to any non-profit.
