You can eat, but only when the associate is done eating. It requires excellent interpersonal skills. A degree in medicine and finance and culinary arts is recommended. You must be able to work in a chaotic atmosphere. Holidays require more work. The meaningful connections you make with your associate are immeasurable, and it doesn't pay a dime!
