Who Looks Like Frank?

I have a co-worker who the first time I met him told me I look like Frank from "Everybody Loves Raymond."

I've heard that before. Even had a group of waitresses in a restaurant in Florida swear I was Peter Boyle.

I don't see it. Just look at the smiles in the picture.

Someone else looks a lot like Frank too. So I ask you, Who Looks Like Frank?
